WORLD CLASS: AIRLINE, PILOTS, CONTRACT

In May 2023, we—the pilots at Canada’s largest airline—voted to fold our union into the Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA), growing ALPA’s membership to more than 74,000 pilots in Canada and the United States. AIR CANADA PILOTS ARE INVESTED IN OUR CUSTOMERS, COMPANY, AND COUNTRY.

We are fully invested in our company, our customers, and our country. We’re proud of our profession and take our job of transporting passengers safely to their destinations very seriously. We’re ready to negotiate and expect Air Canada to recognize our professionalism and our contributions to the growing success of a world-class airline.

CREATING THE WORLD CLASS AIRLINE CANADIANS DESERVE.

We have initiated discussions with Air Canada to achieve a contract that closes the growing gaps in wages and quality of life between pilots in the United States and Canada. We strive to attract future aviators to join our ranks. We want Air Canada to be a world-class airline that achieves consistent, safe, and reliable service for our passengers and our country. Air Canada pilots are united and dedicated to achieving the world-class contract that world-class pilots deserve.
